Salary: Starting at $95,000 (based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus

Senior Treasury Analyst Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for cash management, treasury, cash balances, and managing activities surrounding financial reporting, compliance, covenants, and overseeing banking relationships.

This job is 100% on-site in our beautiful Ladera Ranch office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage all domestic and global banking relations.
  • Draft wire transfers and coordinate with appropriate parties to receive approvals.
  • Manage and administer various treasury portals, including inputting wire transfers.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting.
  • Coordinate due diligence information related to entity management and/or treasury, including keeping W-9s and internal wiring instructions.
  • Monitor treasury accounts to analyze bank charges and interest earned and optimize account structure to reduce bank fees.
  • Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements.
  • Optimize banking infrastructure and cash management processes.
  • Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers.
  • Manage financial affairs of the organization and act as treasury liaison internally.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of accounting or finance-related experience.
  • At least 1 year of treasury management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and/or related accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software.
