Salary: Starting at $95,000 (based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus

Senior Treasury Analyst Job Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily treasury operations, including but not limited to, daily cash positioning and forecasting, funds transfers, and bank account management. This role will also be responsible for ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned.

This job is 100% on-site in our beautiful Ladera Ranch office.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manages daily cash activities for all REITS and related investment funds and determines daily cash positioning; assists with short-term cash forecasting.
  • Manages banking relationships and bank accounts including but not limited to, account openings, account closings, changes in services, updating signers, etc.
  • Processes external and inter-company wires and ACH cash transfers and coordinates with appropriate parties to receive approvals.
  • Manages and administers various treasury and banking portals including access and set-ups.
  • Oversees daily cash positioning activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting.
  • Coordinates due diligence information related to entity management and/or treasury, including keeping W-9s and internal wiring instructions.
  • Monitors treasury accounts to analyze bank charges and interest earned and optimize account structure to reduce bank fees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent required.
  • 3 - 5 years of accounting or finance-related experience.
  • At least 1 year of treasury management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and/or related accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative team player.
  • A problem solver who adapts easily to changes.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software.
